Etymology: a contraction of ``Tokiko'' and ``convention'', by analogy to other convention names of similar format, ie. AnimeCon, ComicCon, etc.

• A hypothetical convention centering around Tokiko / ArchDuke.

• To behave in a manner comparable to how one would hypothetically behave at a TokiKon.
