FuckComputers

The integration of technology into nearly every facet of ModernLife rubs some people the wrong way, and many (and especially) HackerPersons will slowly but surely tend to gravitate towards what we call the FuckComputers lifestyle. Indeed, it is the destiny of them all to spend their last years far away from the computer, probably TendingAnimals in a RuralSetting.

FuckComputers is not a lifestyle completley devoid of technology, but one that resists the consolidation and centralization into do-it-all gadgets that end up using you more than you use them. A FuckComputers practitioner typically prefers discrete devices, one telltale sign is the noticable lack of a SmartPhone. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Wearing a WristWatch to tell the time
• Having either a DumbPhone, or in more extreme cases a VoipPhone or even exclusively FosstardCalling
• Using an MpThree Player to listen to music
• Using a PocketCalculator
• Printing out documents
