  1. Preheat your oven to 200c or hotter.
  2. Put some olive oil on a baking sheet, rub around with a paper towel.
  3. Throw down a tortilla.
  4. Mix tomato paste, olive oil, oregano, some hot sauce, salt, pepper, etc in a small cup or dish and stir very well.
  5. Smear a thin layer of your pizza sauce over the tortilla.
  6. Shred some mozzarella and any other cheese in a plate or bowl; sprinkle evenly across the paste. It's okay if a little bit goes on the edges.
  7. Throw pepperoni, ground beef, mushrooms, whatever, anything but pineapple to taste on the cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 or more minutes -- you want the cheese to brown!
  9. Remove tray from oven, remove pizza from tray with a spatula.
  10. Slice pizza while hot; let cool.

And that's how you can make your own pizza for cheap and easy, maybe 10 minutes more work than just making a frozen pizza but it's low carb and tasty. The tortilla crisps up nice and crunchy.
