Just go out for a walk late at night without a destination.
Walk for the sake of the walk.
Let your intuition guide you.

If your NightVision is awful, then just set out for your walk just before the crack of dawn. Online calculators can help you calculate when this is, if you occupy someplace WithoutWindows. Nightwalking in the summer is especially great because you won't overheat.

Researchers at SageruAcademy recommend nightwalking at least twice a week, especially when the moon is fuller. Benefits include better mental health and a stronger PhysicalBody. A proper nightwalk should last at least 30 minutes, but the point's not to measure your distance or time. Just walk until you know it's time to head home.
