A Japanese term used to describe foods made with flour as the principal ingredient. Typically in Japanese food, some variation of rice, wheat, buckwheat, soybean, or corn flour might be used. Examples include SobaNoodles, UdonNoodles, HoutouNoodles, OkonomiYaki, TakoYaki, YakiSoba, and many others.
