Want to stream audio on GikoPoi but stuck on Windows? Good news...it's possible and easy!
Just install Voicemeeter and Eartrumpet
Voicemeeter lets you create a fake speaker that also acts as a microphone. When the voicemeeter app is open, you can listen to media; when you pick voicemeeter as a microphone for Gikopoi, you'll broadcast whatever the speaker "listens" to.
Eartrumpet on the other hand, makes it very easy to tell programs what "speaker" to play their audio to, and you can also control the volume of the output. It lives down in your notifications tray as a speaker icon, next to your real speaker icon.
After you install voicemeeter, open Recording Devices and disable all Voicemeeter-related microphones except Voicemeeter Out B1 , and in Playback Devices disable all Voicemeeter-related speakers except Voicemeeter Input. This is done to minimize confusion. (I don't know why VM has so many microphones and speakers. it didn't used to!)
The easy way to find these controls is to right-click your eartrumpet and find them in the "Windows Legacy" menu.
